Excellent videcasty-type thing. My goodness me, you are committed and motivated. I can remember when I was like you about 12 years ago. I think I qualify now as a "jaded old hand". I am sure you will enjoy the conf. There is usually so much going on that it is easy to get disorientated and unfocussed. There is a school of thought, for example that nothing significant happens in the main auditorium. Enjoy it.
I'd take responsibility but my plane flew over Oxford about ten minutes after you posted that. See you at conference!
